Lavender Field and Sky (117)

In one of my recent cloud studies that I prepared for a workshop I would teach, I aimed to capture the deep blue sky and the bold white clouds. As I progressed with the painting, lavender fields began to take shape. I wanted to incorporate the soft hues of the clouds into the foreground to create a sense of unity in the composition. 24" x 24"
